This is a little scary and shows how the best trained crew can still be caught off guard. This guy is lucky to have been found, rescued and survived. Its a reminder that we can never let our guard down and get too comfortable and assume that we are safe.
Its a wake up call and should serve to remind us that safety is a high priority.
